Native to southern Africa, this succulent tree grows in the dry scrublands where it can reach heights of over 10 metres and becomes a tree with a woody trunk.
This succulent tree is actually not a cactus though it is what we imagine a cactus looks like. Technically it grows tiny leaves which a true cactus does not.
This cactus likes bright direct sunlight
Water infrequently when the soil is completely dry. In the winter they hardly need any water at all.
