echeveria summer

Echeveria agavoides 'Purple Pearl' is a really attractive succulent which has rather unusual, slightly rounded rosy- purple and green fleshy leaves. These form rosettes which are beautiful when you look closely.

  • This succulent plant develops a short stem with age and can produce flowers in spring.
  • The purple colour is unusual and it stands out from other succulents.
  • Great in a collection of succulents and ideal in a pot. Also looks effective on a gravel bed.
  • Originally from Mexico and Central America.
  • Protect from frost.
  • These plants can live outside during summer months but protect during the winter. If you are moving your plants outside, allow a period of adjustment and do this in a gradual manner.
  • They enjoy a light, bright position but summer afternoon full sun might burn the foliage.
  • Sold in a 12cm pot
