Shipping & Returns

Perfect Plants Ltd is pleased to offer you a fixed price of £6.95 for shipping, however many items you purchase.

However, if the delivery address is classified as 'highlands and islands', a delivery surcharge will be applied automatically once you place more than one item in your shopping basket, or if the item is large/heavy and needs to travel via courier. The areas to which this applies are detailed below:

Industrial Scotland; Scottish Highlands & Islands; Isle of Man; Isle of Wight; Northern Ireland; Isles of Scilly; Channel Islands. retains the right to charge additional postage where necessary. Please contact us to clarify, or obtain a quote on the checkout page by entering your delivery postcode. 

We aim to despatch items within three working days. There are some exceptions, including most TREES, which will be delivered directly from our grower. Other exceptions include furniture, garden plant supports and structures such as arches. Many of these items come directly from the manufacturer, so can take up to 10 days to deliver.

We take every care to send only the best quality plants and goods. If the product you receive is in poor condition due to damage during transit or quality issues, please let us know. Contact the office using email address: and please send a photo so we can see the damage. Please contact us prior to returning any goods.  We are happy to accept returned, undamaged goods and offer a 7 day refund policy. Postage will not be refunded unless we have failed in our duty of care. We cannot refund return postage where a customer has changed their mind. All items must be in their original packaging where possible and be in the same condition as when they left our nursery.  

Where an item has been damaged in transit, please email with pictures requesting a refund.
