MEDIUM: Items such as plants in 12cm and 1 litre pots; gifts

LARGE: Plants in 2/3 litre pots, but not over 60cm in height; gifts that weigh over 2kg

XL:  Shrubs, climbers that are over 60cm in height or are in a pot larger than 3 litres.  Gifts that are more than 60 cm in height.

TALL: Items such as houseplants that are taller than 100cm




HEAVY, FRAGILE:  Items such as statues made from reconstituted stone.






VERY HEAVY - for example, large statues.







 INSTRUCTIONS: Use the base cost of the largest item that you buy and add the cost of the additional items from their size category.  If this amount comes to over £15.00 this is the maximum amount you pay, unless you live in one of the areas detailed below or unless the items fall under the Heavy/Very Heavy categories. TREES are delivered once per week - order before mid-day Tuesday for delivery on a Thursday or Friday.

Areas for which a surcharge applies include Industrial Scotland; Scottish Highlands & Islands; Isle of Man; Isle of Wight; Northern Ireland; Isles of Scilly; Channel Islands.  We retain the right to charge additional postage where necessary. Please contact Perfect Plants to clarify. A postage calculator should be available during the checkout process. 


We aim to despatch all items with the exception of furniture, stoves and trees within three days. Our furniture comes direct from the manufacturer, so can take up to 10 days to deliver.

We take every care to send only the best quality plants and goods, but occasionally the Royal Mail or delivery courier can damage items. You might also change your mind.  

Please contact prior to posting any goods back to us.  We are happy to accept returned undamaged goods and offer a 7 day refund policy. Postage will not be refunded unless we have failed in our duty of care. We cannot refund return postage where a customer has changed their mind. All items must be in their original packaging where possible and be in the same condition as when they left our nursery.  

Where an item has been damaged in transit, please email sales@perfectplants.co.uk with pictures requesting a refund.
