Euphorbia trigona Rubra Cactus Plant. 60-70cm tall. Purple Cacti

In stock

Euphorbia trigona rubra is often called a cactus but in fact this is a succulent that hails from West Africa. As a house plant in the UK, this can provide an architecturally pleasing statement, with upright, purple stems and ridges of short-lived leaves and thorns.

  • Often called the African milk tree because of the milky sap contained in the stems.
  • The sap is an irritant and should be regarded as toxic.
    Likes bright light.
  • Requires regular but minimal watering.
  • Standing 60-70cm tall.
  • Growing in a 17cm pot.
  • Please note that every plant is different and the individual plant might not be exactly the same as in the photograph.
